I love the sketch challenge on 2S4Y and this week’s sketch from Kazan (#13) is so scrumptuous that I just had to put aside all the Christmas cards and play along. I needed a couple of birthday cards and I made two similar cards using this sketch. I love how they turned out and I was so happy to ink up a few new stamps – the background stamps on the BasicGrey papers are from Prima’s Crenee Paris set and the clock is from Making Memories.

I have been so bad about blogging lately, but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been busy! In fact, I have many projects that I’m working on simultaniously, but it is slow going getting them finished. I am making a set of 20 Christmas cards for a friend, a mini album for mom for Christmas, 3 different scrapbook LOs, 3 kiddie birthday cards, not to mention that I haven’t made our own Christmas cards yet- so yeah, I’m busy! 😀

I decided to take a break today and do something just for me, for fun. I haven’t done a Splitcoast sketch challenge in forever and this sketch from last week just called out to me! LOL! Here’s what I made.
